Our clothing can help take the pain out of getting dressed for the elderly, disabled or handicapped individual who has limited movement or is confined to a wheelchair or bed. This in turn makes the role of the caretaker less stressful and demanding.
If you would like us to label the clothes with the name of the wearer, please supply the first initial and last name in the space provided on the order form.

Ordering online with Comfort Clothing is safe and secure. Because we value your privacy and want you to feel comfortable with the online ordering process, we have employed secure servers to encrypt sensitive confidential data such as credit card numbers.
To order by phone, please feel free to call us toll free at 888/640-0814. We will take your ordering information, answer any questions you may have, and your shipment will be on its way.
Credit Cards: However you choose to place your order, we can accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Payment by Check: If you prefer to pay by check, select the items you want to order and add them to your basket. When all items have been selected, print the page and send it with your check or money order for the total amount shown. If the total is less than $100.00, and you are shipping by U. S. Priority Mail, please add $8.00 to the amount of your check for shipping and handling. If the total is $100.00 or more, and you are shipping by U.S. Priority Mail, shipping is free. If you prefer to ship by U. S. Express Mail, please add $35.00 to the amount of your check regardless of the size of the order. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
Shipping: When you place an order with Comfort Clothing, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and again when the order is shipped. Orders totaling $100.00 or more are shipped free of charge by United States Priority Mail, usually the same day. For orders totaling less than $100.00, there is a flat rate of $8.00 for United States Priority Mail. Due to increased costs, orders shipped outside the United States have a flat rate shipping fee of $40.00 regardless of the size of the order. If you need your order in a hurry, there is also a United States Express Mail option on the order form for a flat rate (regardless of the size of the order) of $35.00. If any delays are expected, you will be contacted via email. If for any reason receiving your order via the United States Postal Service is inconvenient, please contact us (either by phone or email), and we will make other arrangements.
Returns: If you need to return or exchange items you have received, and you are sending them by mail, please send to: Comfort Clothing, P.O. Box 1396, Standish, ME 04084.

We will gladly accept for return or exchange all items provided the clothing is returned within 30 days and has not been worn (except for trying on) or laundered.
Our Pledge: We have been providing clothing to the nursing home industry for more than 20 years. We stand behind the workmanship of each item we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price (not including shipping charges) provided the clothing is returned within 30 days and has not been worn (except for trying on) or laundered.
We welcome orders placed by nursing facilities, and free shipping is available when 3 or more resident orders are placed at one time or when the total order is $100.00 or more. For all other orders, there is an $8.00 charge for shipping and handling.
Billing: We can bill a resident's Personal Needs Account directly. A copy of the order will be faxed to the nursing facility for proper authorization signature(s). Once we receive authorization, shipment will be made. Terms for billing are Net 30 days.
Third Party Billing: We can bill a resident's guardian or sponsor with proper authorization. For their convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Any facility ordering merchandise and requesting third party billing will be responsible for settlement of the invoice in the event Comfort Clothing is unsuccessful in making collection from the third party.
