These back open dresses are made of poly/cotton interlock knit, have a flounce skirt and a drop waist, patch pockets and come in assorted prints and styles. Adaptive clothing with a back closure makes dressing easier and less painful for those in a wheelchair or suffering from such disabilities as stroke, arthritis or paralysis. The role of the caretaker is also made easier with the use of adaptive apparel.
